SMOOTHIE VERDE CON UN TOQUE DE FRESH VANILLA.

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 large glass of water or milk (we recommend that it be vegetable).

- 1 handful of spinach. 

- ½ fresh mango (previously peeled).

- ½ banana (peeled, cut and frozen previously).

- 1 measure of Whey Concentrate Fresh Vanilla flavor by Be Essential.

* It is preferable to use organic or proximity ingredients.

METHOD:

Previously peel the banana and cut it into slices. Let it freeze a few hours before.

Put all the ingredients in the blender, and beat them for a few seconds.

③ Serve the result in a large glass, and enjoy this fantastic green smoothie.

Kind of smoothie: super antioxidant and a good supply of iron.

Tip: Try it with coconut milk or almonds.

*These values are accounted for with water. If you add milk, these nutritional values will vary depending on the type of milk used.
