- 1 large glass of water.

- 150 g of beet.

- 2 apples.

- A piece of ginger.

- 4 carrots.

* It is preferable to use organic or proximity ingredients.


①  Cook the beet.

② Cut the apples and beets into large pieces. Peel the carrot and cut into slices.

③ Cut a piece of ginger and peel it.

④ Put all the ingredients in the blender and serve.

Kind of smoothie: easy, vegetarian, energetic, anti-inflammatory, rich in folic acid and potassium.

Tip: if you want it sweeter, you can add a little natural sweetener, or add raspberries, pomegranate ... let your imagination run wild!
