Today Carla and Marta, @gemesfit, bring you level 2 of this easy and basic routine to continue working your abdomen and continue to progress.
Surely you have noticed how your abdomen and lower back have evolved since you practice these exercises at home or in the gym, but what you have noticed is that you feel much better and more energetic once you do your training.
Remember that with these routines we strengthen abdomen, which brings many benefits for our health as we commented in the previous video, but if you want to get a more toned belly and less fat, must be accompanied by a healthy diet (reduce fat intake bad, free sugars, processed foods ...), and if you do some more exercise, much better!
