SMOOTHIE FRESH VANILLA, COCONUT AND DUSTED COCOA POWDER.
- ½ measure of Whey Concentrate Fresh Vanilla flavor by Be Essential.
- 1 large glass of water or milk (we recommend vegetable or skim milk).
- 1 tbsp of defatted cocoa powder.
- 30 g of natural coconut.
① Mix in the blender the large glass of water or milk, coconut and a measure of Whey Concentrate flavor Fresh Vanilla by Be Essential.
② Serve the mixture in a glass and sprinkle it as topping a bit of defatted cocoa.

Tip: You can change the coconut for your favorite or seasonal fruit. Also if you want more or less protein, you can vary the amount of Whey Concentrate Fresh Vanilla flavor by Be Essential. It is ideal to take after your physical exercise session or in the morning.
