- 1 ripe banana.

- 10 raspberries.

- 1 scoop of Be Collagen strawberry flavor of Be Essential®.

- 1 large glass of water.

* It is preferable to use organic or proximity ingredients.


① Wash the raspberries well and let them dry. Meanwhile, we peel the ripe banana and cut it into large slices.

② Next, we prepare the glass of the blender where all the ingredients will be added. First add the fruit, cover it with the glass of water and add the measure of Be Collagen that will give it a light strawberry flavor

③ Beat until you get a liquid mixture without lumps.

Kind of smoothie:  highly antioxidant and has a high fiber content. It contains folic acid, collagen, hyaluronic acid, magnesium, iron and phosphorus.

Tip: reserve some raspberries or banana pieces as a topping. If you prefer, to have a creamier and fresher texture, you can previously have the frozen raspberries and ripe bananas to use directly. If you want it lighter and with fewer calories, do not add the banana and replace it with strawberries or blueberries.

*These values are accounted for with water. If you add milk, these nutritional values will vary depending on the type of milk used.
