OMEGA 7 is a monounsaturated fatty acid that is part of the natural structure of our skin and mucous membranes, as well as having benefits for cardiovascular health.

Dry mucous membranes can appear in different situations in a woman's life, especially when they are in the perimenopausal stage or during menopause, in addition to being able to manifest as an uncomfortable symptom of anti-diabetes, antibiotics or contraceptives treatments. What can I do if I think my skin or mucous membranes are too dry or damaged?

In cases where your skin or mucous membranes are not in a minimum adequate condition, we recommend taking OMEGA 7 for a prolonged period of time. Furthermore, as a shock treatment, during the first weeks it is safe to increase the recommended daily dose to a maximum of 4 capsules daily, divided into 2 doses, always with some food or drink.
