INGREDIENTS:

- 2 tablespoons of cheese whipped 0%.

- 2 tablespoons of spreadable cheese @eatlean_es.

- 1 egg.

- 1 egg white.

- 1 scoop of Perfect Meal White Choco flavor from Be Essential.

- Sweetener to your liking.

*It is preferable to use organic or proximity ingredients.

METHOD:

① Put everything in the blender jar and process until you get a homogeneous mixture.

② Pour into a microwave-safe mould (one of 7cm silicone is perfect) and leave it in the microwave for 4 minutes at maximum power.

③ Once done, let it chill, decorate to taste and ready.
